Effective Monday, Dec 5, GVEA's Member Portal users may only schedule PAY NOW payments, due to GVEA switching over member management systems.

  • Regular recurring payments that were set up prior to Dec 5 will process.
    • No additional recurring payments will be able to be created in the Member Portal until you re-register in the new MyGVEA system.
  • No scheduled payments can be set up and you will only be able to select the PAY NOW option.
  • Additionally, from December 31 until January 8 payments will only be accepted by mail or in the drop boxes. Payments made during this time will not post until the new system is in place.
  • Beginning January 9, 2023, members will need to register their online account through the My GVEA web portal or new mobile app.
